As we continue to grow and improve our services to provide you the best grooming experiences, we want to inform you of a potential price update. This change is a reflection of increased costs associated with the economic climate, as well as our commitment to maintaining the highest standards. We are implementing a more standardized pricing structure that will be more tailored to your pet’s needs this includes: size, weight and breed. We have been very fortunate to be apart of our clients care routines for many years and we would love to continue to do so for many years to come and we thank you for the unwavering loyalty and support.

All Services will include nail dremelling & Ear cleaning at no additional cost.

Hair be gone: All Double Coated dogs will automatically receive a de-shed treatment as this is most proper and effective way to take care of the pet’s coat.

The Fluff Effect: Let’s face it, maintaining your pets fluffy coat is not always the first thing on your mind. Typically, if not maintained the effects of this is costly to the pet parent. This is why the costs of these breeds are typically higher as they take more time as well as additional equipment wear and tear.

Matting Madness: Matting is not only an issue for the overall look of your pet, but it can also cause serious health issues. This can also be challenging for the groomer as it becomes a safety concern when providing the service. We will assess an associated matting fee depending on the severity of the issue in addition to the cost of the groom and any additionally requested services.

Bad news bears: Your pet may be the sweetest in the world, but when you put them in an unfamiliar environment the stress can get to them, just like humans. We do our best to make sure your pet is comfortable and relaxed, sometimes however your pet may exhibit behavior that makes it unsafe for the groomer or the service, if so, we will asses a handling fee to allow for the extra time to ensure a safe experience.

Doodles, Poodles, Oodles Oh My: These breeds have a combination of fur and hair which requires more specialized services.

Best of intentions: We understand that life can sometimes get in the way and it may not go as planned and that’s ok, we want to ensure allowances for that however, we will be enforcing our 15-minute grace period as well as a possible cancellation fee to ensure our grooming staff can provide for all our clients equally and give each dog the time and attention they need.

Time after time: We love our furry clients and the kisses and cuddles we get at each visit and we want to make sure that each pet gets the exact amount of time they need to ensure a safe and stress-free grooming experience. All Grooming Services will range from 2 hours minimum -4hours based on the pet. Some pets based on size may take longer ask your groomer for specific detai

Zoomies: We know that you want your pets back in your loving arms as fast as we can, however we don’t want to sacrifice the quality of the groom or the level of service. All express grooms are always booked Monday through Friday on the first appointment of the day for the requested groomer. Your pet will be completed straight through from start to finish however this does not mean that your pet will be the only pet in that particular time slot.

DON’T BUG OUT

We are a bug free grooming facility, that means we don’t accept dogs for services that have been infested or are currently infested with Fleas or ticks within a 60-day period. If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks during a service, we will complete an all-natural flea and tick treatment and asses a flea and tick charge and ask that you pick up the dog immediately. Fleas and ticks can carry diseases that can infect other animals or humans if not properly treated.

HOTEL CALIFORNIA

We love having your furry family members with us everyday and enjoy spending time with them, however we don’t have the space to keep your furry friend on an extended vacation away any longer than the appointment time. Our groomers will contact you and provide a 30 min heads up to ensure you can get your pet back ASAP. If your pet is left there for an hour or more past the appointment time a boarding fee may be assessed.


